Grilled Rainbow Trout x Chef Bex

2 whole rainbow trout cleaned
1 tsp salt
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1tsp dried parsley
1 small onion sliced
1 lemon juiced and sliced
2 table spoons olive oil


1. Preheat oven/grill to 200 degrees Celsius
2 . Combine the dry ingredients
3. Rub the oil onto the fish then sprinkle the spice mixture onto the fish and inside the cavity of the fish. Pour the lemon juice onto the fish and place the lemon and onion slices into the cavity.
4. Place under the grill for 10-15mins (depending on the size of your fish) turning once half way through the cook.
5. Serve with a side of chunky fries and your choice of vegetables.
