Christmas Shortbread Cookies


225 grams butter
250 g flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
100g castor sugar


1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C
2. Cream the butter and sugar until well combined and pale yellow in colour.
3. Add vanilla extract and flour and mix.
4. Roll out the cookie dough and cut with a star shaped cookie cutter.
5. Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden
6. Dip in chocolate if desired and serve
7. Enjoy !
