Self Awareness

Self awareness is the most important quality any person can have. It is about paying attention to your inner state with an open heart and mind. You cannot practice self love when you are not conscious about yourself. It is the foundation on which we will build confidence because it separates the real from the perceived. There is no filter. When we deeply know ourselves, we can control and manage our outer and inner feelings,body language and emotions. When you get to know yourself it benefits everyone around you. Self consciousness makes you realize your full potential and turn it into reality.

Being self aware helps in building positive relationships with others. Be it at home,work,school or any social environment. Difficult situations will not destroy you, because you are aware of your abilities to overcome them. When you achieve self awareness you understand yourself and your general mood is positive and upbeat.

Below are activities and practices you can try to help you improve self awareness.😉

  • Meditate
  • Take a walk (peaceful walk in the park or nature)
  • Go on a drive alone
  • Keep a journal
  • Have a self talk

Getting to know yourself is a journey and a process. Embrace it all, unfold and bloom into a positive person who fills the world with inner peace,love and joy.
